General Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions under which Ove Distribution provides products and services to its customers.

Article 2 - Order
2.1. Orders are placed by telephone, email or on the Ove Distribution website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of
the buyer to these general conditions of sale.
2.2. Ove Distribution reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons such as non-payment of a previous order or suspicion of a
fraudulent activity.
Article 3 - Price
3.1. The prices of products and services are indicated in euros excluding taxes.

Article 4 - Payment terms
4.1. Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer or check.

Article 5 - Delivery
5.1. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the buyer when ordering.

5.3. In the event of a delay in delivery, the buyer may not cancel the order or refuse delivery. However, if the delay in delivery exceeds thirty days, the buyer
may cancel the order and request a refund.
Article 6 - Guarantee
6.1. The products supplied by Ove Distribution benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects provided for by articles L. 211-4 et seq.
of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
6.2. The warranty does not apply in the event of misuse, negligence or failure to maintain the products.
Article 7 – Liability
Ove Distribution cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the products sold.
Article 8 - Complaint
8.1. The buyer has 7 days from receipt of the products to make any complaints.
8.2. Any complaint must be made in writing and addressed to Ove Distribution by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
8.3. In the event of a justified complaint, Ove Distribution undertakes to replace or refund defective products as soon as possible.
Article 9 - Intellectual property
9.1. All elements of the Ove Distribution website are protected by copyright, trademark law or any other intellectual property right.
9.2. Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation of all or part of these elements is strictly prohibited without the express prior authorization of Ove
Distribution.
Article 10 - Confidentiality
10.1. The personal data collected by Ove Distribution is only intended for order management and statistical purposes.
10.2. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her.
Article 11 - Force majeure
11.1. Ove Distribution cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of its contractual obligations resulting from a case of force majeure.

Article 12 - Applicable law
12.1. These General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
12.2. Any dispute relating to the sale of products by Ove Distribution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
By placing an order with Ove Distribution, the buyer declares having read these General Conditions of Sale and accepts them without reservation.
